By registering at The Visible Employee website, you can gain access to extra resources we developed to supplement the book. For all readers, the Resources page provides sample organizational policies (so you don't have to photocopy or retype them from the appendices of the book), as well as MP3 audio of the authors reading excerpts from the book. For professors and students, the resources page contains a sample syllabus as well as supplementary course materials such as exercises.
